Logging into YourCourts.com

All members, must log into YourCourts.com before using the site.Login Each member has a unique account that is tied to their member email address. YourCourts.com can be accessed from any web browser, tablet or mobile device connected to the internet. To login into YourCourts.com, go to the URL address http://www.yourcourts.com/yourcourts/security which takes you to the login page for the YourCourts.

Once on the login page, enter your email address and the password that was provided to you and click the Login button. Note: If you don’t know what your password is, you can also use the Recover your Password feature. Your initial password was set up for you.  Upon login, you will be prompted to change the password before entering the system. When choosing a password, it must be at least 4 characters long and should be something that you can easily remember.

 

Reserving Courts

Creating a Reservation

To reserve a court (or other club resources that can be reserved), click on the Reservations menu option at the right of your screen.  At this time Foxcroft Hills members are only able to reserve courts.  In the future, we hope to launch the Find A Match feature.

Then click the Reserve a Court menu option, the court schedule will be displayed. The schedule will default to the current date. Select an alternate date by clicking the date field and using the calendar then click Go. You will see existing court reservations and “Open” time which is available to be reserved. Click Open to start a reservation, the Reservation Details screen will be displayed.a

On the Reservation Details screen, select the Duration you would like to reserve (The default is 30 minutes with a maximum of 90 minutes. Should you need more time, contact the tennis staff). You must choose a Purpose before you can complete the reservation. You can add the number of guests and optional notes that may be helpful for others, these will be included in the email confirmation.

Save the Reservation by clicking Reserve. A confirmation email (with court and time details) will be automatically sent to you (if your preferences are turned on to receive notifications). You can also choose to send copies of the reservation information to other email addresses by clicking on the Reserve & Add Emails button. You can include emails to players both within your community and also ones from outside your community.

A confirmation message will be displayed if the Reservation was successful. Click Email to send the confirmation to others. Your new Reservation will be displayed over the block of time you chose.

Edit A Reservation

If you need to change one of your Reservations, you don’t have to cancel and create a new one. You can edit the existing Reservation. Select the existing Reservation to edit.  You can edit any of your Reservations as long as the time hasn’t passed. You can’t edit Reservations scheduled by other members.  Select an existing Reservation to edit.

Change any of the fields including the Facility and Court. Click Update to complete the changes.

Cancel A Reservation

You can cancel any of your Reservations. You can’t cancel Reservations scheduled by other members. To cancel a Reservation, select it from the Reservations screen.

The details of the existing Reservation will appear in a popup. Select Cancel and the editable Reservation Details screen will be displayed.

Choose a cancellation reason, the default is Changed Mind. Select Confirm and the Reservation will be cancelled. You will receive a confirmation for the cancellation.

Edit Your Member Profile

profileYour User ID was created using the member email address on file. Now that you’ve logged in, you can complete your profile and setup your individual member preferences.

To access your Member Profile and Preferences, select the person from the Icon Bar.

 

The profile is broken up into six sections:

  • Personal Information
  • Privacy Settings
  • Notifications
  • Tennis Information
  • Find-a-Match Settings
  • Usage Stats

Personal Information

Personal Information includes your name, address, phone, gender and email address. You can edit this information at any time. The Profile Photo is now located here with your other personal information. Enter as much information that you are comfortable with. You have the ability to control what information is shown to the rest of your community by using the Privacy Settings. Once you have completed your changes, select Save.
